Duration: The concert lasts 45 minutes (doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts).

Minimum age requirement: 5 years or older

Please note: The candles are made of wax and have an electric mechanism for safety reasons.

Seating & Ticket Policy:

• Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within the ticketed sections.
• Tickets become invalid once the event starts.
• While we always strive to accommodate late arrivals as long as it does not disrupt the artists and other spectators, we reserve the right to deny entry once the event has begun or to reassign seating in a different ticket category.
• Failure to arrive on time does not entitle ticket holders to a refund or use of the ticket for a later performance.
